Getting started

I was invited but didn't get the email. What do I do?

Check your spam or junk folder first. Invitation emails come from our system and sometimes land there. If you still can't find it, ask your admin to resend the invite from the Employeespage. Magic links expire after 10 minutes — if yours has expired, just request a new one.

I signed up with a magic link. How do I set a password?

Go to your Profile page and use the Set passwordcard. Once set, you can sign in with either email + password or a magic link — whichever you prefer.

Billing & pricing

How does pricing work?

The first 3 users are free, forever. Each additional user is $12/month. All features are included on every plan — there are no feature tiers or add-ons to worry about.

How do I add or remove seats?

Admins can invite new users from the Employeespage and billing updates automatically. To free up a seat, deactivate a user — their data stays intact and you can reactivate them later without losing history.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Admins can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing, which opens the Stripe billing portal. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, after which your organization returns to the free plan (up to 3 users). Your data isn't deleted — you can upgrade again at any time.

Timesheets & approvals

My timesheet was rejected. What now?

Open the rejected timesheet, make the changes your approver requested, and submit again. Rejected timesheets behave like drafts — you can edit any row or day freely until you resubmit.

I can't find my project or work scope in the timesheet.

Projects only appear once an admin or manager has created them and added the relevant work scopes. If you expect to see one, ask your admin to confirm the project is active and that a work scope has been set up for the work you're logging.

How do I log annual or sick leave?

In the timesheet grid, click Add row and pick a project from the Leave group (Annual Leave, Sick Leave). These entries are always non-billable.

Roles & access

What's the difference between Admin, Manager, and Staff?

Staff log their own time and expenses. Managersdo that plus approve their team's submissions and manage projects, companies, and work scopes. Admins can do everything, including billing, invoicing, user management, and organization settings.

Security & data

Is my company's data kept separate from other customers?

Yes. Every record is tagged to your organization and isolated at the database layer using row-level security, so users in one organization can't see or query data from another — even by accident.

Apps & integrations

Do you have a mobile app?

Not yet — but Redsetta is built as a responsive web app, so you can log time, approve submissions, and manage your account from any modern phone or tablet browser. A native mobile app is on the roadmap.

Do you integrate with Xero, QuickBooks, Slack, etc.?
