Audit Log

The Audit Log is an append-only record of mutating actions in your organization. It lives at /audit-log and is admin-only. Each entry stores who did what, when, and a diff of the fields that changed.

What gets logged

Creating, updating, and deleting records (projects, companies, work scopes, time entries, expenses, invoices, and more).
Submitting, approving, and rejecting timesheets and expenses.
Invitations: sent, accepted, revoked.
User role changes and seat assignments.
Organization settings changes.

Audit entries can't be edited or deleted — the log is append-only by design. Use it when you need to find out who last changed a record, or to reconstruct the history of a disputed timesheet or invoice.
