Timesheets
The weekly timesheet grid is where you log hours each day. Each row represents a project and work scope combination, with columns for Monday through Sunday.

Adding a row
- Click the Add project button.
- Select a project from the dropdown.
- Choose a work scope. If the project has only one scope it's picked automatically; if it has none, the row is added without a scope.
- The new row appears in the grid, ready for time entry.

Entering hours
Click any cell and type the number of hours. Changes save automatically. The Total column updates as you type.
Submitting your timesheet
When your week is complete, click Submit to send it for approval. Once submitted, the timesheet is locked for editing.
Timesheet statuses
- Draft — Editable, not yet submitted.
- Submitted — Awaiting manager approval.
- Approved — Confirmed by a manager.
- Rejected — Returned with feedback for revision.
Annual Leave, Sick Leave, and other internal activities appear in a separate Leave group in the project picker. These entries are always non-billable.
