Settings
The Organization Settings page (labelled Admin in the sidebar) is where admins configure company details, manage billing, and import existing data.

Organization
- Organization name, logo, and branding.
- Address details (street, city, country).
- Contact number and GST number.
- Default tax rate— Applied to new invoices (defaults to 15% NZ GST).
Billing
- View plan status and current seat count.
- Manage subscription via the Stripe customer portal.
- Review payment history.
Import
Bulk-import companies, projects, staff, and other records from CSV files.
To invite new staff, head to the Employees page — invitations are managed there, not in Settings. The Settings page is admin-only; managers and staff can't access it.
